Go Cruise Motorcycle Throttle Control 7/8 Inch Bars

Has anyone ever tried anything simplistic and DIY like this “Go Cruise Motorcycle Throttle Control 7/8 Inch Bars,” to emulate cruise control on their CB750 NH? If so, what are the Pro’s & Con’s?

I have this one (N.E.P.) on my '96 NH750, and it fits and works perfectly. Even though I also have an electronic cruise control now, I still use it for warm-ups.

The PO installed a simple throttle lock device on my NC. Works pretty well, when I use it. I find that I don't do much riding where a speed control is suitable.

I'm just about to place an order for the Go Cruise. I've heard good things about it and hope it works well.

I never could get my Vista Cruise working the way I wanted on the Nighthawk, and wasn't able to use it on the STs.

My wrist gets tired after 3 - 4 days of intense riding. Anything that will give it a break on the long slab rides up and back will help. A cramp buster helps some.
